Hello everyone, long time no speak!

So, it's been about forever since I last drew anything digitally, let alone drew anything at all, but I had the urge to draw so I did. I really wanted to do something digitally though but I don't have a tablet pen, or any sort of real artist software on my Chromebook. So, I downloaded Photoshop Sketch (with it's very minimal brushes, horrible layering system, and lack of color dropper) and got to work.

After sketching out the piece traditionally, I threw it on my chromebook and drew over it with my finger. I never thought I would reach the day where I would draw a full digital piece with a finger, but apparently today was that day. I realized after coloring Nickit in that I got the colors too dark, but there is no paint bucket, so I was about ready to just give up and post as is, when I realized Sketch wasn't saving properly anymore. So, I made a background (it was originally just going to be transparent), and turned the opacity down a bit on Nickit's fur to try to get the color a bit closer. So I guess that was a blessing the program didn't want to save.

Anywho, it was super great drawing again, and I had some fun drawing this cute little Nickit. Pokemon Sword and Shield have introduced a lot of great new Pokemon, and this one is probably my second favorite of the bunch (Boltund beating it out just by a tiny bit).
