Has I really been almost two months since I've uploaded something? D:I really experiment a lot on this one, and I'm really loving how it turned out~ I actually started this a while ago (at least a month?) but I only just now got time to finish it :'D The style change was deliberate, mostly to try things out for fun and to (hopefully) portray the characters better XD Anyways, if you haven't seen Over the Garden Wall yet, I highly suggest you check it out if you have the time~
ALSO I'M REALLY STUPID, I WORKED FROM THE FOREGROUND TO THE BACKGROUND AND I THINK MY ABILITY TO DRAW TREES JUST PROGRESSIVELY GOT WORSE AS THE DRAWING WENT ON

Oh wow. I've never seen Over the Garden Wall, but I have seen alot of posts about it lately on my Tumblr. Truthfully this artwork makes me wanna watch it.
That tree... I'm currently rewatching your speedpaint, and I can't understand - even though Isee you draw it - how the heck you pulled those trees off! I dont think they get worse, I thought you did that to indicate distance and unfocusing.
And that silouhette person in BG gave me the creeps!
I can happily say the detail your drawings have always impress me! Not because I'm surprised, but because I'm amazed!

Thank you so much! ;w; I dunno as far as trees go, I just mark out vague patterns of shades and highlights and then just keep defining them more (I'm pretty bad at explaining things) XD
You should totally watch Over the Garden Wall~ It's 10 short episodes of around 15 minutes each, so you could easily watch it all in a day~
