Actually it is from the Rankin Bass production of "Jack Frost." Basically it tells R&B's version of Jack Frost's story. You should watch it sometime. Pretty cute little movie.....though the ending is kinda bittersweet.
But you are sorta right though, this version of Jack Frost made a cameo at the end of "Rudolph & Frosty's Christmas in July."
