She's the Guardian of Summertime Freedom. (Guardian of Freedom.)Backstory:
Summer was a normal human being that lived in the shadowyest depthes of Death Valley. She was 18 years old and was the sheriff's daughter. She assitted her father to help him chase down criminals and theifs all through the dessert. One day, a theif got away, but Summer didn't give up on trying to stop him. so she chased him down, but ended up getting lost in Death Valley with no food our water. Summer Ray had died in Death Valley due to starvation and dehidration. On a night of a full moon, she arose from the dry ground, and her skin and eyes turned a warm orange color, and her hair a firey red. the man in the moon chose her to be Summer Beamling Ray,Guardian of Summertime Freedom.

I forgot to mention, I see that you're doing the eyes differently now (instead of just dots you're doing the fill irisand pupil). It's a nice little change
It make's 'em look more animesque.
(I do have to recomend one thing though. If you're going to make the eyes circles, don't make the irises and pupils ovular; it gives them a slightly animalistic characteristic to 'em. If you want to make them look more "human" in that style, either make the entire eye ovular like I do here:[link] and here: [link] or make the iris/pupil more circular like this:[link] . Unless it doesn't bother you. In that case never mind.)

i saw d circle tool but i don't liek using it because sometimes i make the circle to small and then i don't hav it where i want it and i hav to press the under button and blah blah blah...

(I usually use the Snipping tool for my screenshots, but it has it's disadvantages -_-; I can't have cursor on screen, so I have to point out everything and add extra steps to my tutorials, but I'm glad that you found out how to do it

Eh... this is just nitpicking, but how can she be 700 years old but have been alive (assumeably) in California?
That would have been the year 1330... WAY before America was even founded (IF she's 700 in 2012).
Like I said, this is nitpicking, but it's also a major plot-hole on your part

California still didn't exist then (1712).
It's not too hard to do the math. Just keep subtracting numbers from 2012 until you end with a reasonable year.
California was founded in 1850 (Death Valley was 1849), so technically she shouldn't be any older than 163, and that's at the earliest.

You don't need to apologize. I am not your mother. I am some random person on the internet who tries to help people (but often gets shat upon anyway).
What you lack as an author/artist is focus. Try to focus on major points and develop them. Don't just slap details on for no reason.

yes! in her story when she is a human/a little girl, the sandman saved her from coyotes.
