Not really. Wolves howling, especially with the moon behind them, is nothing new. If you search Deviantart for the keywords Wolf, Howling, Moon, you'll find 3800+ images, all reasonably close to mine
Like I said, the concept is nothing new, and it certainly didn't start with an internet meme.
