(Star Wars Vs Naruto)

-Two Students (Anakin Skywalker And Obito Uchiha) of very powerful and notable warriors who use a special energy in battle (Obi-Wan and Minato, and use the Force and Chakra, respectively), who showed the potential to become the chosen ones.

-They were both in love with someone who they met at a young age (Padme Amidala and Rin Nohara), and their actions were recognized by an aging and far older man who had hidden his true nature from the rest of the world (Darth Sidious and Madara Uchiha).

-They eventually summitted to Sidious / Madara after their love interests died and learned their true intentions (restore the Sith and achieve the Infinite Tsukuyomi), had a devastating encounter with their former teacher that resulted in their defeat that caused them to conceal their identity with masks and/or armor, and gained well known names (Vader and Tobi).

-Many years later, both would be the leaders of groups that upheld the desire of their masters (the Empire and Akatsuki), which would be opposed by the late protagonists of their stories (Luke Skywalker and Naruto Uzumaki), and were helped by them to return to the right side, and both would directly betray their masters, but through doing so, both risked their very lives to stop them.

-Their death were caused because they sacrificed themselves to save their relatives (Luke and Sasuke) and also the Chosen Hero (Luke and Naruto) to stop great evil (Palpatine & Kaguya).

Possibly the most famous MU for both, and personally, The Best for Both.

Yeah, Vader can have many interesting and genuinely good options, but I think this one has a lot more merit, solid and good connections, good animation potential to not look like a clone of Kenobi Vs Kakashi, and in a way it's already a Legacy MU.
