*Edited: Thanks for the feedback, everyone! I changed a few things, from the butterfly to the eyes that were too dark for a personification of spring. I also went back to the original coloring I had, which was frendlier and a little rose-tinted. This is the image I finally submitted._____________________
I've redone this ([link] ) completely because I want to submit it to a contest and it wasn't nearly large enough, so I repainted it from scratch.
I'm much happier with this than with the original version, but I'd like to make it the best piece it can be, and for that I need feedback on what I can improve. So please, go ahead and tear it apart!

This is incredible. I like the colours and the dreaminess. Her hair is particularly beautiful; I adore the flowers, they're so delicate. Her eyes and mouth are gorgeous, too.

Oh, she's so pretty! She looks youthful as spring should, and is accompanied by flowers and butterflies, which is also good. Her simpleness makes her pretty, I think.

I know i'm just repeating what has been said athousand times but indeed this is worth the repetition. Well done! The one thing i enjoyed about the original version was a few ultra thin strands of hair that seemed to pop out against the rest of the hair that gave it nice depth. I might would try getting those to pop out in the new one and maybe even some of the grass. But truly you could leave this one alone and it stands as incredible!

Amazing piece of work. I thought this was a photo when I first saw the thumbnail. Wonderful color and shading and the detail is just stunning. She's beautiful and the very personification of spring.

I'm lost for words. This piece is fantastic. "The Face of Spring" is a perfect title, as her face is as fresh and lovely as a spring morning. This painting has that same vibrant, invigorating feeling as the very dew on the roses. As someone said before, her face even manages to maintain that fresh innocence and 'naΓ―vety'.
The beauty of this surpasses explanation.
