Thank you my friend, really appreciate your words. Yeah, I am a mechanical engineer and also working as a software developer. But I study the 3D modeling, visualization, and all the design stuff myself

It's rare and very impressive to find a technical person who's also artistically inclined. I could never have the patience to write code, even though I studied computer science. I just couldn't make much sense out of the hundreds of functions and operators, their syntax and usage etc. I prefer pictures, videos and sounds to text and code scripts!

Your engineering experience also gives you an unfair advantage over the rest of us !! Not only can you write your own plugins and scripts, you also would always end up with more accurate and detailed mechs, machines, vehicles and every model related to your field. You lucky devil you!!

I've added you to my watchlist so maybe I'll be able to pick up some useful tips and techniques every now and then.

Keep up the good work man! Perhaps you'll give speciall effects a try someday and give ILM or Weta a run for their money!
