Come Together

While still taking time to rest and recover from the earlier commotion the heroes on Endor had broken into little groups to discuss what exactly was going on, or to get to better know some of the others. Black Panther and Hawkeye had broken off from the other Avenger to speak with Star-Lord, Gamora Aladdin and Han Solo, all of them discussing how they’d become roped into the ‘displaced reality’ situation. Rocket was looking over the Millennium Falcon with Chewbacca, the space raccoon able to understand the Wookie’s grunts and roars as easily as he could Groot’s three-word speech. Meanwhile the Wasp and Vision were simply speaking with Merida, Stitch, BB-8, Jasmine, and Drax, all becoming better acquainted just to try and ease the tension of a confusing and adventurous few hours. The only one not speaking to anyone was Rey, she standing aside from the groups and only ever looking at Han from a distance.

Merida had eventually realized this, going over and standing next to Rey while asking “You alright? Because out of everything I’ve seen today, that being a small blue alien, a talking raccoon and tree, and now a pixie woman and some sort of ghost-man-thing, all you can look at is that bloke you seem to fancy.”

She snapped out of it for a moment and replied “Fancy? No! It’s not like that. It’s…” she looked back at Han and seemed more distressed before saying “He’s just so much younger since…. But he doesn’t even know me. How? Why?”

“The pixie told me it might be because he’s from another time.” Merida tried to explain. Seeing Rey’s reaction she waved off “Don’t look at me. I barley understood half of what was being said. Just something about everything being out of whack because of some magic stones and a big, purple man trying to take over the whole universe. Apparently the ones in the crazy outfits have fought him before.”

Rey had only really taken in the idea that perhaps it was indeed Han from the past. With all that was going on it seemed the most reasonable. It made her question what she could do or say that might change his future. Then again would it matter? What if her trying to tell him now would only ensure that it did happen in her time? Or if she said the wrong thing and everything was changed for the worst? Even Merida could see it on her face, she was battling with what to do in her mind.

Meanwhile the discussion with the “team leaders” had led to Star-Lord commenting “So Thanos is at it again. And this time he managed to pull other realities into it. Guy can be so unfair sometimes.”

Black Panther, unmasked in front of everyone, said “We could use your help, Star-Lord. The Guardians of the Galaxy have had the most experience with Thanos’ plans. And having more on our side would help in finding the other Infinity Stones.”

“Not to mention helping people like us getting back home.” Aladdin pointed out.

Gamora then spoke up with “Not that I’m at all opposed to helping, but should we really be dragging everyone into this.” Looking back she pointed out “That red-headed child barley looks old enough to be driving a small fighter, let alone being in a battle.”

“Well she did mention how she fight off a symbiote.” Hawkeye pointed out. “Got to count for something.”

“And what about your wife?” she then asked Aladdin. “You really intend to drag her into a war with a power crazed titan?”

Awkwardly he replied “Well trust me, she’d do worst if I tried to leave her behind.”

Despite all of this Han eventually said “Look, fun as this has all been, I really need to get going. The Falcon’s not going to fix itself and I need to get as far away from all this craziness as possible.”

“What? Just like that?” Aladdin asked. “I thought you wanted to help.”

“Yeah. And I did.” He turned and pointed. “I helped you and your girlfriend off that sand ball and from being eaten alive. And then I helped you by almost getting shot out of the sky. And now I’m talking to a bunch of idiots who apparently have better luck finding magic stones and fighting mad men with fancy gloves. Trust me, kid, you’re better off. And so am I.”

As Han walked off Aladdin was about to stop him before Panther held his shoulder and said “No. Let him go. It is his choice after all.”

Hawkeye then said “Okay. So we’ve got one Stone and a couple of more displaced folks needing a way back. Where do we go from here?”

As the leaders discussed everything Han, eventually making it back to the Falcon, pushed past Rocket while saying “Move it, ferret.”

“What did you just-?” Rocket began before Groot, overhearing it, moved him away while trying to calm him down.

Han then spoke with Chewie about fixing the damage done to the Falcon. As he did he glanced back, seeing Rey looking away from him and starting to talk with the other group of heroes like Wasp and Jasmine. Seeing BB-8 he whistled him over, the droid cautiously rolling away from the group over to him.

“You. Ball.” He began while kneeling down to see him eye-to-eye. “Your friends with her, right?” he pointed to Rey which BB beeped in confirmation. “What’s her story, huh? She knows me but I’m pretty sure I’ve never met her. Something I should know?” After the droid replied Han said “That doesn’t sound like much to me. You hiding something, droid?” BB-8 beeped nervously, Han then saying “Start beeping straight with me now, or I’m handing you over to Chewie. And let me tell you the last toy I gave him he broke into too many pieces to count.”

BB-8 looked at the Wookie who gave a little growl as if to back up the threat. BB-8 started getting nervous as to what would happen if he did or didn’t tell the truth. He was hoping someone or something at this point would save him.

“So explain again how this is supposed to work?” Wasabi asked while watching Doctor Strange ready his magic spell.

The Big Hero 6 and Spider-Man were now standing in the center of the one of the more spacious rooms inside the Sanctum Sanctorum. As they did they watched as both Doctor Strange and Wong were busying with writing runes and odd markings of old magic into a circle etched in the middle of the room where they all stood. Their heads constantly went back and forth watching each of them while wondering how whatever plan Doctor Strange had was going to work.

After hearing his question Strange looked up and sarcastically asked “You want the short version or the one with all the details?”

Wasabi began with “Well, knowing all the details does put a little more confidence in-”

GoGo put her hand up in front of his mouth to silence him and instead finished with “Just give it to us straight.”

“Very well.” Strange began while still finishing with the runes. “Basically this spell will be able to transport all of us, as well as some of the others effected by the displacement, to all conjure in one place. Thanks to the use of this spell being powered by the Space Stone it should be able to focus on a sort of ‘reality frequency’ found from each certain individual from their respective realities.”

“Oh! I get it.” Fred said with a confident tone only to see the others all look at him in disbelief. “Well maybe half-and-half of it.”

Despite this Hiro then asked “Will you be able to pull everyone who was displaced?”

“Not all of them.” Wong answered. “There are far too many for the spell to do that. If we’re lucky, however, it should be able to reach those who’ve managed to find the other Infinity Stones.”

“Bringing us another step closer to ending this and getting everything back to normal.” Spidey added. “Okay, Doc. How do we do this? Does it involve weird chants or a funny dance? Eye of newt, maybe?”

“Allow me to handle that.” Strange replied as he put the finishing touches to the rune circle. “There. And now we have representatives of the different realities to help focus the spell.”

“We do?” Honey Lemon asked while looking at her team and Spider-Man.

Suddenly they heard the voice of Qui-Gon reply “We do now.” making all but Strange and Wong jump when he seemed to come from nowhere. “Apologies. I would have returned sooner but I needed to check on an old friend. I wanted to be sure he would be here once everything truly began.

“Your old apprentice?” Strange asked.

“A much older friend than that.” Qui-Gon merely smirked.

As Qui-Gon’s Force Ghost joined the others Strange, looking over all of them, nodded to Wong who stepped back while saying “Alright. Hopefully this will work. If not there could be a good or bad result.”

“What’s the good result?” Honey Lemon asked as Strange already began to focus his magic.

“We’ll simply wind up somewhere unintended and have to figure our way from there.” He answered.

Hearing that GoGo then asked “And the bad is…?”

“Possible same result. Only we may wind up in several pieces or horrible fused together.”

There came a collective “WHAT?” from all the young heroes upon hearing that.

Despite this Strange kept going, the nervous Hiro asking “Baymax? What’s the chances of this working?”

[In all statistics there is a %50 chance of success or failure. However, given the unstable and unpredictable forces of magic and this ‘Space Stone’, the margins may change.]

“Good or bad change?”

Baymax was just about to answer before Doctor Strange had finally finished. Both he, Spider-Man, the Big Hero 6 and Qui-Gon’s Ghost all began to glow the same odd color of the Space Stone. It’s energy leaked out and seemed to connect with all of them, giving an odd vibrating yet nauseating sensation in their guts; at least the humans or ones who’ve not traveled in such a way before. In one grand flash all of them disappeared, leaving Wong alone in the Sanctum to see a scorched spot where they’d all teleported away.

He moved over to the crystal ball Strange had used to obverse all the other worlds and displaced individuals while simply saying “Good luck to all of you.”

All throughout the realities the heroes were soon swept up by the spell created by Doctor Strange. From Endor where Han Solo was about to get the truth from BB-8 just as Boba Fett pointed his blaster at him from a safe spot, intending to end Solo once and for all. All of the heroes on the Forest Moon, along with their ships the Milano and the Millennium Falcon, were gone in a flash.

On Hoth when Obi-Wan, Ahsoka, Mulan and the remaining clone troopers worried as to where the Time Stone had disappeared to they suddenly felt as though they were being pulled away by some unknown force as well. In a flash they were gone, only their footprints left behind as any evidence they were there.

Just as Quicksilver had managed to bring Dash back to his family, the Scarlet Witch about to free him from the curse of the Mind Stone, they too were taken away. The sudden act of magic teleporting them to god only knew where distracting the magical mutant from finishing in time.

Even to the middle of the ocean as the Avengers, the agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Captain Jack Sparrow were trying to figure where to move next the entire Helicarrier with them onboard glowed with energy before disappearing in the blink of an eye. The Black Pearl and it’s crew were left behind, wondering what had become of their captain and friends now.

With all the heroes collected the spell, starting to wane form the stress, would do all it could to bring them to the place they most needed to be. That being…

With the Hulk unleashed on Asgard many of the Imperial Forces began to either retreat, stand down, or avoid fighting where they knew the great, green beast would start to run amok. The sound of battle and bloodshed seemed to call the raging monster as he stormed through the broken barracks and fallen gates and guards of the Asgard before finally coming across warriors with the fruitless intent to stop him.

As the Hulk tore through scores of Asgard’s finest a shuttle had landed just outside anyone’s notice where Darth Vader and a handful of Stormtroopers exited and made their way further into the city. They could hear as the Hulk smashed and roared before hearing the coming sounds of thunder and the boom of lightning that clashed above. As they came closer to the palace of Asgard, the lower levels having a spate door to them, Vader and his men stopped when they found their path obstructed by a familiar face.

“I was wondering how you planned to get in.” Loki smirked as he sat on a large piece of rubble nearby. “And here I thought your ‘Force’ would be strong enough to help you cut through these men like wheat.”

“I don’t have time for your games, Loki. If you know where they’re hiding the Stone tell me now.”

Loki, seeming offended, stood and walked up while saying “Don’t dare speak as if you’re my equal, mortal! You may be powerful in your world but I am a god here! I could turn you inside out with a thought. I could make you endure pains far worse than being left to die with no limbs on the edge of a molten death!”

At this point he’d come face-to-face with Vader, the Sith Lord then saying “Can you survive this?”

Loki then felt something poking at his gut. He glanced down to see it was in fact the end of Vader’s lightsaber pointed right at him. Loki looked back up to the black, vacant eyes of Vader;s mask and sneered.

“I asked you a question, trickster. Now tell me, where is the stone?”

Whether it was due to the seriousness of Vader’s threat, the fact he was unclear if he could survive a lightsaber to the chest, or even as not to waste time and anger Thanos Loki stepped down. As he lead Vader as his men into the treasure room he could not and would never admit that perhaps the real reason was fear of the space wizard. Of course it wasn’t fear. Never!

While this went on without his knowing Thor had finally engaged the Hulk. With most of his warriors beaten or exhausted from the fights with the Imperial Forces, even to most of Valkyrie’s airborne warriors battling back the last of the TIE fighters, the thunder god felt he was the only one to grapple with the great green behemoth and try to end this fast.

At one point during the battle Thor locked hands with Hulk, calling “Banner! What’s wrong with you? It’s me! Calm down!”

Whatever had enraged the Hulk this time seemed too strong as he roared in reply before knocking Thor away. The thunder god landed in a pile of rubble with a hard crack before more debris had fallen on top of him.

As Hulk moved further into the city he was met by Sif and the Warriors Three, Volstagg declaring “Come, you sorry son of an ogre! Have a taste of our blades if you’re feeling so bold!”

The Hulk charged as the warriors all came at him, blades and axes and all manner of weapons trying to pierce his hide. Of course even the combined strength of four of Asgard’s best warriors were not enough to hold back the enraged strength of the Hulk, only furthering to empower his emotional battery. He smacked and batted nearly all of them away when their attempts failed as he roared up to the heavens, wanting more destruction and more smashing.

From above, seeing all the mayhem caused by the Hulk Valkyrie prayed to herself “Allfather, if you hear me now, help us. Send us a blessing. We need it now more than ever.”

As if in answer to her prayer something did indeed happen. A sudden glowing orb of energy appeared in the air just a few stories above where the Hulk stood. It grew larger and larger while sparking energy before, suddenly, it exploded and revealed the S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier. It fell down right on top of the Hulk before he even realized. Along with it was the Milano, the Millennium Falcon and the heroes now transported to Asgard; almost all of them at least.

Upon recovering the first thing Falcon did was look around, like the others, before asking “Uh…did I miss something? Or did Tony invent an ‘instant to Asgard button’ when I was looking?”

“I swear this was not me this time.” Iron Man was quick to say.

Below Spider-Man, Hiro and Baymax tried to recover before Hiro realized “Wait? Where’d the others go? Wasabi? GoGo?” Even to Spider-Man pointing out Doctor Strange and Qui-Gon were missing. He started calling for them before saying “Baymax?”

The robot did a quick scan of the area before informing [I do not detect their signatures. However I am seeing similar energy sources to the Space Stone.]

“The others stones!” Spider-Man realized. “Which means my friends could be here to and-”

Before he could finish Hiro insisted “Baymax, find the Stones! And keep looking for the others!”

Spidey tried to stop him but Baymax was already in the air, using his scanners to try and detect both members of the Big Hero 6 and the other nearby Infinity Stones. He managed to spot the later more easily given that both the Soul and Power Stones were nearby.

After the sudden teleportation Merida, along with her group, asked “Ah come on! Don’t tell me it happened again!”

“I know this place.” Panther said while looking around. “Asgard. But…why here?”

Suddenly Hawkeye looked up and called “Heads up!” seeing as Baymax approached from the skies.

As the others readied themselves Baymax landed in front of them, seeing the Soul Stone in the Vision’s hands, pointing [You are in possession of an Infinity Stone. You must hand it over to me.]

“Sorry. But we found it first.” Wasp retorted as she and the others started to grow tense.

[I sense hostility.] Baymax relied, readying his rocket fist. [I wish to avoid conflict but if you continue to resist I may have no choice.]

“We’re going with option B then.” Hawkeye replied, firing an arrow right at him.

Bayman fired his rocket fist which, to the surprise of some in the group, broke the arrow into splinters before hurdling towards them. Most ducked out of the way before Vision flew up into the air, the Soul Stone still in hand. As Baymax flew up and gave chase, his fist returning to the socket, the two began to buzz around in the air in what seemed like a serious game of keep away.

From the deck of the Helicarrier the team of heroes assembled there could see the dog-fight taking place. From below Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch, Elsa, Anna and the Incredibles all began to recover from the sudden drop out of nowhere into Asgard themselves.

“Alright.” Quicksilver said aloud. “I’ll be honest, didn’t see this coming.”

As she stood Elsa commented “I’m starting to get sore from all this world jumping or whatever it is.”

Looking around Mrs. Incredible asked “Where’s Dash?” before Violet pointed to where the younger brother of the Incredibles had landed.

As he got up Scarlet Witch pointed out “He’s still under the Mind Stone’s influence!”

Indeed Dash was still under the control of Loki and the Mind Stone’s powers. As he recovered the first thing he did was look up to the fight between Vision and Baymax, catching the attention of the others. The little speedster could see the Soul Stone in Vision’s hands before spotting, on the deck of the Helicarrier, in Iron Man’s hands, the Power Stone. As he zipped off Mr. Incredible called for Quicksilver to catch him, the mutant runner already zipping off after him.

In the blink of an eye the Power Stone was taken out of Iron Man’s hands, the rest of the team realizing just as he did, before Quicksilver gave chase. Unfortunately upon realizing which stone Dash had taken Quicksilver realized too late that the little speedster was now given a power boost to make him faster and stronger. He used it to his advantage as he turned and attacked, hitting Quicksilver with enough force to knock him off his feet for a moment before needing to try again.

After seeing the Power Stone disappear from his hands Iron Man said “Okay, now this is just getting ridiculous.”

Captain America then demanded “Alright, keep it together everyone!” He then looked around, spotting the other team of Avengers before saying “I see the others, down there.”

“They’re not alone either.” Falcon pointed out the Guardians and the other heroes with them.

Cap then took charge, saying “Tony, try to help Vision out with whatever that thing is.” Iron Man nodded and flew off before he turned and added “Scott, if who I think is here took the stone then Scarlet Witch isn’t far. Find her and try to see what’s going on.” He nodded before shrinking down and, using his technology, called a flying ant to his side and used it to fly down and find his targets. Cap then looked to Falcon and said “You and me, we’ll check on them.” Finally he turned and finished with “And Fury….keep an eye on Sparrow.”

As Cap and Falcon flew down Fury looked at the pirate and said “Aye, aye, Cap.”

Jack gave an awkward smile and said “You know I’m a captain myself, if it means anything.” Seeing the look both Fury and Agent Hill gave him he shrugged “Guess not then.”

When Cap and Falcon had joined with the other Avengers team, Wasp gave a great relief of “Finally, some familiar faces at least.”

“See you made some friends along the way.” Falcon pointed out the Guardians and other heroes. “Hey, it’s that Moon-Lord guy.”

“Star-Lord he was quick to correct. “It’s not that hard to remember.”

Seeing the two of them arrive, along with the battle in the sky, the magical land he suddenly found himself in, and the large Helicarrier nearby, Han then commented to himself “Okay, I think I’ve seen everything now.”

Cap then asked “You found a Stone?”

“You could say that…” Hawkeye replied while pointing up to the Vision, Cap and Falcon seeing it in his hands.

Just as he did Cap used his coms and said “Tony!”

“Yeah. Just spotted it.” He replied.

“Try to get it away.” Cap insisted.

“Easier said than done, flag-boy!” Stark replied as he grappled with the resistant Baymax.

The fight between the three flyers had escalated as Baymax tried to throw Iron Man off of him. As he did the Vision tried to move away only for the insistent Baymax to move the struggle over to him. At one point Baymax reached out, managing to seize Vision’s cape forcing the advanced android to make himself intangible. When he did however the Soul Stone dropped from his grip, Baymax managing to grab it before it could fall.

Seeing it from below Cap cursed under his breath before asking “Clint? You think you can make the shot?”

“No. I don’t think I can.” He then gave a confident smirk and said “I know.”

He drew his bow and arrows at the ready, Cap about to give the call over the coms. In the commotion however Vision had fired his energy beam that strayed and went too close to the group. Everyone ducked away again, Vision seeing what almost happened and stopping himself, before he saw that Iron Man was knocked away by Baymax.

In the confusion Hawkeye had dropped his bow and arrow on the ground. Merida, spotting it, grabbed it and knew what they were trying to do. All too late Hawkeye saw her ready her shot, trying to stop her, but the stubborn princess already had her shot right in sight. With a single breath she fired, the arrow sailing all the way up into the air and hitting the Soul Stone, knocking it out of Baymax’s hand.

Seeing it Iron Man managed to catch it just as Vision pushed Baymax away. The two took the opportunity and fired their weapons, sending the robot hurtling to the ground.

Merida, seeing everything was fine now, smiled before looking to a surprised Hawkeye who only replied “Uh….good shot.”

Not too far from all the commotion Obi-Wan and his group had recovered from the transport, the Jedi Master saying “Well, that certainly is one way to travel.”

Realizing what happened Mulan was shocked and said “Oh no. It happened again! Where are we now?”

“No system I’ve ever seen.” Ahsoka replied, looking around with Obi-Wan and the Clone Troopers. “Well this just got more interesting.”

Suddenly from above the Clones spotted something falling towards the group. Everyone backed up as Baymax hurtled down to the ground and crashed down to Earth. As he recovered he looked, seeing more hostile looking strangers nearby.

“Oh great.” Ahsoka said as she drew her lightsaber, the others with their weapons ready. “More crazy looking droids.”

As they seemed ready to fight a web had shot out, grabbing Mulan’s sword from her hand, as Spider-Man pulled it towards him while saying “Hold it now! Didn’t anyone tell you not to bring swords to a web fight?”

As Hiro caught the sword he then threatened “Get away from Baymax!”

“Well….this is a surprise.” Obi-Wan replied.

“They must’ve been the ones we were warned about.” Mulan figured. She then ran forward at Spider-man while saying “You’re not stopping me from getting home!”

She began to fight with Spidey, his super-human reflexes helping to dodge and duck away from her moves, while he quipped “Whoa, lady! If you’re so worried about getting home I can lend you a bus pass.”

Meanwhile Hiro, seeing Ahsoka and Obi-Wan, ordered “Baymax, attack mode!”

The robot turned and readied for another fight. Obi-Wan and Ahsoka were both poised and ready for whatever the “droid” had in mind. And all the while Mulan still fought against Spider-Man, trying to subdue him while thinking he and Hiro were the enemy.

Suddenly a great rumble caught the attention of everyone nearby. All around the area closest to the crashed Helicarrier could feel what felt like a small earthquake. Nearby Thor, finally digging himself out of the rubble, could feel it as well and was worried as he started to realize what it was. Even to where Quicksilver and Dash, still outracing each other, could barely tell from their speed. It wasn’t until something had burst from under the Helicarrier that had knocked Dash down did both he and Quicksilver stop.

The sudden knock to the head had managed to snap Dash out of his mind control, he dropping the Power Stone in the process, before asking “Wuh….What’s happening? Where….?”

When both he and Quicksilver realized that they were standing right in front of an enraged Hulk, his roar being heard by all nearby, they both gulped and gave a unison “Not good….”
