Sasha: This should be simple, lesson five is telling jokes

Sunset Shimmer: But I don't really know any

Sasha: Just spend this part studying various joke books in the library

Sunset Shimmer: Um okay

Sunset spent her 'school' time looking up jokes she found funny and some she found weird. She would also phone Pinkie for additional jokes partially from the works of Ponyacci. Eventually Sasha asked Sunset to perform a small stand up comedy show so Sasha can see what Sunset had learned.

Sasha: Okay Sunset please begin

Sunset Shimmer: What do you call a scary female horse?

Sasha: I don't know

Sunset Shimmer: A nightmare!

Sasha: Thats good, another one

Sunset Shimmer: What happened when the lion ate the clown?

Sasha: I dread to know

Sunset Shimmer: He felt funny!

Sasha: that one frightening and funny, lets here more

Sunset Shimmer: While on patrol, I arrested a burglar who’d injured himself running from a home. He told me he’d broken in and unhooked the phone before searching for valuables. But he’d panicked when he heard a woman’s voice. I entered the house and heard the same voice: “If you’d like to make a call, please hang up and try your call again.”

Sasha: Not the brightest thief in world is he.

After telling several more jokes, Sasha told her to stop

Sasha: Now could you please come see me tomorrow, I will show you the final part of the course

Sunset Shimmer: Okay see you tomorrow
