"shining brightly in the new morning, I, sailor Solar Venus, sailor of rebirth and new beginnings will show you the light!"This is for the contest running at This is Celine reborn and transformed into Sailor Solar Venus. The character is property of :iconangelraye.
I went with the traditional venus costume and mixed it with the sailor V costume which had the cresent moons. To make it solar venus. I added a half risen sun on top of the moon and added new touches here and there.

thank you very very much!! ^^ It took me a while to come up with the design.. Its a mix of Original Anime venus( the coloring) with the Japanese Manga Sailor V( the moon symbols) and then i darted the bow to be different! the Sun comes from the solar part in her name...

well you can buy the white gogo boots from some kinda a online shoe store with a platform. then tape off all the shoe part from the heel. get a paint that will adhear to plastic and spray the bottoms orange. then you can stitch red ribbon across the tops since pvc vinyl is easy to work with. after that use little gems from the craft store to make moons and suns!
