This started as a meme, but I spent so much time on it, I felt like it deserved it's own piece.

These are not in order of favorites, and I have probably 3 times this many obsessions, but I had to pick.

1. Cad Bane

He's blue, alien, has tons of weapons, a trench coat, and is voiced by Corey Burton. What's not to love?!

2. Shockwave (My favorite of all)

My favorite Transformer, even though I am totally an Autobot. Giant alien robot with a nuclear reactor as a backpack connected to a laser gun hand? Heck yes! Oh and he's voiced by Corey Burton, too.

3. John Adams (A very close second)

How I adore the 18th century--and my favorite part about it is John Adams. I could write pages about the things I love about him. I also love William Daniels' portrayal of him the the musical "1776."

4. Megamind

A very recent obsession. I was depressed so I decided to go see this movie by myself on a school night. Some friends in the drumline texted me and found out I was alone and they drove all the way up there, bought tickets and came to see the movie with me. It was so nice, I'll never forget that.

5. Lt. Commander Data

From Star Trek: The Next Generation. God I love this guy. I have a soft spot for mechanical things (including Bishop from Aliens who really wanted to be on this list, Sonny from I,Robot, and my oldest OC Techta), and Data is just so adorable! Blarg *huggle*

6. Davy Jones

I feel so bad for this guy. My favorite animals are cephalopods so I find his octopus-ness wonderful. Screw you, Calypso. I'll take care of Davy!

7. Legion

The world's sexiest robot. Despite him not being white (because for some reason I like white robots), he still takes the cake for best robot/mechanoid ever in my book. I won't go into the details on how I feel about this guy. >.> <.<

8. The Xenomorph/ Alien

Not really a "character" because I like the species/franchise in general. If I were to pick a single Xeno, I'd have to say I love the Queen from AVP the most, followed closely by the original Giger alien.

Yeah so this was weird, but I had fun. It was good practice for the graphic novel I'm working on, too.
