Had been hopping around sectors and going through Hell for quite some time before arriving to where he is right not.
Not much is known about him, mostly due to that he does not find a reason to share it in the first place. Coat has a strong distaste for social interaction, especially to others who he deems unimportant; unfortunately, that's mostly everyone around him. It doesn't give him much of a reason to talk to anyone, much less share any information about himself that only the higher-ups are allowed to know.
However, he does keep some strong connections to the higher parts of Hell and some part of it's government, and is known for his wealthy status. He's pretty much one of the richest immortals around.
How he got such a large amount of money is a good question ! A good one indeed.
