it's supposed to be like, the idea of what happened right after panty and stocking got kicked out of heaven, with stocking walking down the stairs towards earth while panty stays back and is frustrated over whats to come.
or maybe she's just sitting back bc she's really sore from fuckin the last person in heaven before getting kicked, idk.
