I think what she's saying is that it looks like Thong's stockings look like they are worn over her shoes instead of underneath them. Now that I look at it, I'm inclined to agree. If you changed the outline of her shoes to black, it would fix this problem and look like the shoes are worn over them.
Just my two cents, don't feel obliged to change anything!
