If you never played it for Dreamcast, Fighting Vipers 2 is one hell of a fun game!Emi is easily my favorite character in the game. Very fun, and damn good too. I really wish Sega would bring back this Franchise.

Perhaps in a crossover, which I doubt will happen (but we can hope). Even the ones Sega does with their own characters as playable (Tennis, Racing...) they always seem to add the same old ones. :/

Very true. I love cross-overs of any kind, but they do tend to have the same characters in every game.
Though they aren't owned by Sega, I'd love to see Toejam and Earl in a cross-over game.
Personally I think we're due for another Fighters Megamix. Especially with the rebirth of fighting games going on, I think this game would do quite well at the current time.

The ones they tend to add are from Sega Dreamcast games (Space Channel, Jet Set Radio...).
Actually, the creator of ToeJam and Earl tried to ask Sega to add them in Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing. Unfortunately, the game was already in final development, so it was impossible to add them. But yeah, I wouldn't mind seeing them in a Sega crossover, too.
A Fighters Megamix 2 would be cool. However, for now, I'd love to see Fighters Megamix being available on Xbox live or PSN. A lot of people have been asking that to Sega lately.
