Makoto, from Capcom's Street Fighter Series.Updated version of the Lineart I submitted prior. I did this on Bristol paper with Copic Markers.

Like the pose and the use of the coloring a lot. However, I think a lot of the coloring was lost in the process of scanning (if you have photoshop, the burn tool on these kinds of images makes it look more like it was before scanning).
