Me and my cousin played it so much, we got to know everything, and started making up our own win rules for the vs mode XD Like 'who gets the least boxes wins'. Ah good old Sonic 2. I was so mad that They took away Tails' ability to fly in the ports. SO. MAD.

Tails was never able to fly in Sonic 2. He only did that as he came onto the screen.
All in all, best sonic game ever!

On the Mega Drive version, if you had hold of the second controller, you press up and jump and he can fly. He can carry Sonic like that for a little while, but he soon gets tired. But they seem to have taken that out of the ports onto other consoles. My cousin and me used to play co-op like that on 1 player all the time. Trust me, he could fly.

Uhm....I still don't see it. I own both the American genesis and the Mega Drive version. There are Hacks that allowed Tails to fly, but the only time he would ever fly is when he was coming onto the screen when he didn't keep up.

Yup, Sonic 2 is the best, I love it. I've drawn lots of tributes for it, and I also have a T-shirt with the same title.

Well, I got mine off a clearance rack at Hot Topic, so I'm not sure if it would still be around! It's quite the comfortable garment, though.
