Happy Birthday ShiningSilverDragon! This is just a rough sketch but I wanted to get your input since you are the dragon expert and plus I want to give you the final color version as a late birthday gift.I was partly inspired to do this while I was with ShiningSilverDragon at a bookstore and we seen a picture of a dragon and a girl that won a manga drawing contest in the store. We both thought we could do a better picture than the actual winner of the contest but didn't get a chance to enter the contest since it was already over. I decided to put the money where my mouth was and plus wanted to give the final version of this pic to ShiningSilverDragon so I hope you like it.

Oooh nice! But when I made that comment at the store, I actually meant that I could(probably) do a better anime girl/guy/human than that which won.
Well, the only thing I can think of(wah! don't get mad you asked) is that you might want see if you can put in the Dragon's back legs and wing(which I like alot). Like you did with the horns. Cuz it just looks a little flat.
Other than that, it looks good!

Yeah you probably could do a better anime girl/guy/human than the winner. I think we both would have gave the winner run for his/her money if we were able to enter it.
I'm not mad at all your critiques besides this is for you so I want it to look the best it can for you. Plus I'm taking some second looks at it myself and thinking about ways to improve it. I might make the head a little bigger and change how it looks a little. Of course add some details like scales. I'm glad that you like it so far and I will keep working on it.
