My entry for 's SSB4 cover art contest.I don't necessarily think the new game should be called "clash", it's just another synonym for 'melee' and 'brawl'.
I'm pretty happy with how it came out overall. Though, I hate Kirby for being so simplistic xD His panel is my least favorite.
I would've liked to add Animal Crosser or Little mac, or another new comer. But I felt that the characters I used were more well known and would be better suited. Also, I didn't wanna clutter the cover too much with extras.

I'll support adding Kumatora, I haven't played any of the Earthbound games but a new female would be a welcome addition to a dominate male cast xD

I've finished Mother 3 twice, pretty awesome but Lucas is very... inaccurate in SSBB. xD Kumatora and/or Paula would be epic, too, hehe~

Haha, yes, definitely do! I think in SSBB he's portrayed as he is between chapters 3 and 4, even though I think SSE probably takes place after the game itself. xD

I really like this, but it would be better if it showed off newcomers instead of just characters from the previous installments. Good job though.

I felt with a game like Smash Bros. which features Nintendo Allstars, I'd put the key figures on the cover. If I had more room to work with and more time, perhaps I would've added more.

Have the front side reveal the starters, and the backside be shadow looking characters. (the newcomers)
