Nice. Even if this were right side up, it would be a unique photo--just the position of the figure. But yes, turning it that way abstracts her somewhat, which makes it even more interesting.

Awesome.. I first didn't know what was the motive.. I thought it was a nose (LOL) and you wanted to display the noses hair.. the hair which is in the nose or something like that. Oh my, how you played with my imagination. But I think that's great and that's what needs the world.. Anyway, as I read the description I saw that you said bones.. and I recognized the body.

She was originally bending forward for the picture... but when I saw it sideways, there was this really subtle yet beautiful suggestion of the fetal position. Her hair floating like that in space and womb.

If you think about it, her hair kinda looks like water and her back the spout of which her hair is coming out of. Then the hands, random and dismembered, seem to be trying to catch the water as people normally do when trying to get a drink.
Heh, that may not be what it really is, but every person to his/her opinion, right?

Oh my f*ck'n lord. that is truly bizzare, disturbing, and amazing all at the same time. If you rotate the image in any direction, it acquires a very different effect and that's adding to its merits. truly amazing.

the angle and the composition are very stark. I think it has more to do with the hair playing against the skinny, pale frame. Almost reminds me of the ghost from the Grudge. *shudder*
