Description
This was my self portrait project for art school and the first A I've ever received in drawing Class. Its done in graphite, Charcoal, and pencil crayon on BKM paper. It took me nearly 50 hours to draw and I don't enjoy looking in a mirror for that long.Related content

looking in the mirror is way creepy eh? South American author extrodinare Jorge Louis Borges said that looking into a mirror was the most frightening thing in his life because his reflection might be looking back. Anyways, I'm just glad that I only had to spend 10 hours in front of the mirror, not more.
I thought your portrait was exceptionally cool. Why did you choose the strange perspective on the stairs? It's intense.

I've been meaning to change my Avatar. It was one of my first deviations to test photoshop and I needed and Avatar.

i really like the shading of the bricks on the wall!
also the light colouring of the stairs and the wall writing it has a neat effect
