Speedpaint here! www.youtube.com/watch?v=DTiKyG…The other day I was thinking about what a Gen 7 Pokemon Mystery Dungeon game would be like. And I had this idea where your Partner options actually had differences in-game! For example, if you chose Litten as your partner, you'd have to travel to their hometown by land. If you chose Popplio, they would take you through the sea, inside a bubble. But if you chose Rowlet... it would be a good thing not to be afraid of heights
I also thought it would be cool if the partners were unique in their own ways. A Rowlet partner could have lost his grassy bowtie in a battle, and now uses a cheesy polka-dot one as a replacement!
just silly thoughts; I finished this painting sometime ago, but was waiting for the speedpaint to render

Hey, While I'm at it, I had this thought on how the becoming of a Pokemon would work if a future game (if any) were to be released:
Rather than personality types being the deciding factor, you're allowed to only choose a Pokemon based on what element you get based on what answers you provide. There'd be four elements: Fire, water, earth, and air.
Fire and water are the obvious ones, Fire being:
-Charmander
-Growlithe
-Vulpix
-Cyndaquil
-Torchic
-Chimchar
-Tepig
-Fenniken
-Litten
-*Gen 8 Starter*
And Water being:
-Squirtle
-Psyduck (For those who actually LIKE Psyduck, this one's for you, you oddballs.)
-Poliwag
-Totodile
-Mudkip
-Piplup
-Oshawott
-Froggit (I think that was its name?)
-Polipo (Or whatever its name is)
-*Gen 8 Starter*
Earth and wind are the ones that will throw you off, the former less so, Earth being:
-Bulbasaur
-Chikorita
-Treecko
-Turtiwg
-Snivy
-Lilligant (or rather its lowest pre-evolved form, which I don't remember the name of)
-Deerling
-Chespin
-Rowlet
-*Gen 8 Starter*
And Wind being, and this will make no sense to some of you:
-Ekans (Because even a poison-type should get to be a hero at some point)
-Pikachu
-Cubone
-Meowth
-Eevee

Then you have to make your own original thing that just carries the spirit of this stuff….. maybe
programming is tough stuff. I tried learning a bit myself once. but there is so much to learn. idk if im willing to put in the amount of time it will take to learn.XD
still… just learning the basis of coding is never bad.

I've never looked into coding and stuff, but I believe you when you say it's hard. Though, it's always good to learn new things and experiment new techniques, so I'm definitely gonna learn a bit of it!

I was hoping they'd do a PMD to feature the new gen [they usually do] but, maybe its not too late or Nintendo might just wait until whenever gen 8 comes. XD

Eh, i still count it as such. So many wonderful camoes, their quotes and some of their missions (i.e. saving Celebi with Grovyle >u<), all past PMD Maps being their own COntinent inside the game, Dialga having both his iconic shouting and his battle theme (same as Rayquaza), lots of returning music tracks, etc. x3
