I keep dumping my submissions in catagories i've used since I joined this site.... madness.. >_>ANYWAY! So during my time without internet, i've been drawing alot! But these stupid pictures take days to complete! I want to be like Lou and submit loads at a time >:
Anyway, so I was feeling pretty crummy one morning, and out of my down mood, a picture was born! I had ALOT of fun drawing this. The hair was so awesome to work with, and the pose was awesome enough as it is! Thus, I left it nekkid. After spending A WHOLE DAY colouring it, I decided to venture into colouring a background, which took another day to colour. I was paranoid about colouring the sheets, but it pretty much did it itself, which I was impressed with 8D No screwing up! YEY! n.n
However, life still came along to kick me in the crotch. Crappy scanner pretty much slaughtered the image. I'll mess with it later and resubmit >___>;;

it's really good for a picture called "misguided" because i can totally sense that feeling of sadness and loss from the pose. it's just uber girly

Prettiness abounding! There is so many wonderful things about it...I'll have to make a list:
a) your signigure swirly hair- its just lovely all the time man
b)Colouring, the way you make the highlights and shading with the fur and the way the purple background is done, it looks complex but it gives a simple effect that looks like your character is sinking into a very fluffy duvet, not to mention the colouring itself is so bright and eye catching.
c)The body posture and expression in the eye work to give the whole piece a rather 'down' feeling (don't want to say depressing) but it does look like the character is tired and a bit fed up or troubled ^^
d) It is Beautiful

a) I love the hair 8D Part of the reason I drew this was to mess with hair xD
b) I cannot stress how tiny my Purple Pencils are now xD I think I need to buy more packs of colouring pencils...
c) It's not the most happy joy joy piece i've ever done, but it's certainly expressive! n_n
d) Thank youuuuuuuuuu~ Dude you produce just as awesome stuff as me, and you never let up on backgrounds. xD I'd like to say this is a lazy background, but it didn't feel like it xD

Compare this to a flowerfield background, and it feels like a lazy one!

I suppose if you look at it like that but on the other hand both had to have quie a bit of thought put in, one for pencil strokes the other for the different things in the background. Both look beautiful though ^_- and have feeling!

Yeah, everyone feels like this every once in a while, which is part of the reason i'm glad I drew it. Something people can relate to in a way, ya know?
