Great one! However i don't really believe there's much you can do with art theft with a mere creative common's. Have you consulted a lawyer?

I didn't notice this had a DD, but it doesn't change the fact that I think this is utterly brilliant. This is a cynic's dream interface! OK, so the text has many spelling and grammatical errors throughout, but it doesn't take away too much from the overall message. The design itself is also beautiful, and reasonably usable (user testing would improve that iteratively!) I wish you much luck with your new organization.
