ANYWAY I drew this because I always found it funny how Mabel sees the good in EVERYONE. So I figured Bill hates everything, and Mabel thinks he's good inside somewhere. If she hugged him, and annoyed the shit out of him I'm pretty sure Bill would melt like the Witch in the Wizard of Oz. That or never go to Gravity Falls again. Ever.
