I guess that's why I decided to revive her for my own fanfiction, although it's more involved with Universe 11. But she plays a good role in it ^^

Android 21 Good looks really amazing, i wish she gets more love and attention, i'm very annoyed that she was overshadowed by her evil side, due to the fact that evil android 21 is more popular than good 21, i just really don't like evil 21, she is just really annoying, so i like good 21 better because she deserves more love and attention

Blame Bandai for being shit at managing characters (can't tell if ArcSystem is also at fault for this).
Like seriously...the only decent thing of 21 has to be punted to the side because reasons.

I have to agree, Bandai Namco and Arc System Works made Android 21 the worst character and antagonist in dragon ball history, she is no better then Towa who is 1000 times better then 21, because of their characterizatin
