This was from my old account but I modified it a little bit.I drew this after the season finally of Avatar and I forgot what Zuko's fire nation uniform looked like so I decided to come up with a new outfit for both of them.
Tools:mechanical pencil, paint brush, water colours, and the burn tool in photoshop

ok first off excellent brush strokes! not easy to blend with water color...

It isn't bad. It's better than I could do using Water Colors.
