Good base, but be careful, the face may need a bit more work
For instance, his left eye (on the right) is a little too low. The inside corner should be a little more up and more toward the middle of the face. Also, the "mouth" line would probably be better with a 5-10 degrees rotation (clockwise)
That being said, I look forward to the final version!
