It always made me wonder of what if I went through with DMB being stuck on his edgy/angry/vengeful phase to this day. Glad me and changed that... There are rare times where he somewhat slips back to such phase, but never to the same level.

As you read in the title, both sentences reference how DMB mind is during in each period of time. Back in the day, he was close to turn into a dark vigilant, almost a full-blown villain after becoming obsessed with revenge and acquiring new powers. Now, with his mind at ease, he clearly fights for the good reasons. While past actions will forever stain both his mind and hands, he will continue to strive to atone for his sins and help others in need.
