Back in Itria

Aerin sighed and turned away from the window, making her way down the hallway and towards the kitchen. As she approached, she heard soft laughter and her curiosity piqued. She peeked around the corner and saw one of the elves with a female elf engaged in a passionate kiss. Feeling a bit embarrassed for intruding on their moment, Aerin couldn't help but giggle and quickly made her way to the kitchen.

She grabbed a handful of cookies from the jar and started making her way back to her bedroom, her mind still whirling from the dream. As she reached the stairs, she saw Galadel coming down. His expression was one of sadness and Aerin couldn't help but wonder what was bothering him.

"Is something troubling you?" Galadel was the first to ask, worried. "Are you having trouble sleeping?"

"It's just this recurring dream I keep having," Aerin said. She then goes into detail about the dream she had.

Galadel's expression turned thoughtful. "It may be a message. I'll speak with Elurin. Perhaps you should come with him to Ereglond. Eryone is the queen there. She may be able to help you."

Aerin looked at Galadel, noticing the sadness in his eyes. She couldn't help but ask, "What's wrong? Do you want to talk?"

"Today is the anniversary of my marriage to Eiluned," he said, his voice heavy with sorrow. "I prefer to be alone on this day, but thank you for the offer."

Aerin nodded, understanding the pain of losing someone you loved. "If you need anything, just let me know."

Galadel gave her a small smile, then turned and continued on his way. Aerin watched him go, she knew that she couldn't fully understand his pain, but she wanted to be there for him nonetheless. She turned and walked back to her bedroom, her mind heavy with thoughts of the dream and the possibility of visiting Ereglond.

I thought a lot about whether or not to do this image, because it's one of those unimportant moments and the image isn't interesting. It's kind of like I wasn't interested in doing it, but I needed to do it?

I started to make it, gave up and deleted the scene in Daz.
I changed my mind and decided to make the image again, because this text is still part of the dream excerpt and the next part is already the preparation for the group's departure (the last image of the chapter.).
