more informationThe program I use for animating is opentoonz, it is free and is used by wester animation company's and anime animation company's. You can use it on windows and apple (idk about other computer brands but you can try )
I also use gimp for adding filter. Gimp is also free. You can use it on windows and apple too.
websites I use are ezgif.com/maker . it is good for making gifs that are clear and are not staticky or the saturation is not high (the gif i used is staticky because i used a different website)
