Even more random drawings, I see.

Nice bit of variety too. You know, sometimes I admire people like you with your decent face drawing stuff.

Then I remember: practice makes perfect, and chid myself for being too lazy to get to perfect. Or do I instead just draw skulls until I get happy again?

Yeah, that's probably it.

Random, yes. I slapped this thing together very last-minute during my last semester of school because one of my teachers expressed concern that I didn't have enough different facial/body types visible in my portfolio, so I sort of cobbled this up to prove that yes, I can actually do other stuff. Not sure how effective it was in proving that point, but it seemed to satisfy him anyway. XD

I seriously recommend drawing faces. Lots and lots of faces. It's possible that I'm biased because they're one of my favorite things to draw... but eventually it does pay off.

Yeah, I saw somebody had done a 100 faces or so and posted them as a single deviation. Very interesting idea. I'm trying to draw two or three a day for a little while as my practice sketching at work.

Faces? Something you like to draw? Question mark?

XD

Of course you do. How else would you get around to drawing people, anyway?

I love the inked one and the girl with the gun and the diamond-shaped alien creature (?). Lovely! And I see a Twi'lek up there that looks similar to a recent one of mine. Interesting. You can do such a range of styles too, from cartoony to realistic.
