I think someone has actually thought of trying this... meat shaped into veggies, though I don't know if they replicate the flavor at all.

Haha, well the joke I intended was that in Ryan's idea, meat would be transformed into plant products and taste exactly like plants... completely ignoring the point of plant-based meat, which is to reduce meat consumption. xD But I do see grown meat as being a thing within ten years.
