Here's another scene, of Dragon Ball New Age. (And a big one too!
) After the Bra cornered scene comes this one. Aladjinn decides to steal her essence to boost his strength like he did with the poor victims seen dead nearby in this pic. Don't worry though, after a civilian dies trying to stop him, Vegeta knocks the demon out of the way. BTW, this is Aladjinn possessing an unknown alien, which there is not many references to this looks, so I guessed. I know however the skin was blue. 
Bra belongs to Akira Toriyama.

Well at first a guy was brave enough to try and fight him back, but unfortunately he got his life energy drained. But don't worry, it was Vegeta that saved her.
