(just a quick note I originally had the design more up right and human like but ended up disliking it as it didn't have that primitive or beastly appearance I was going for.)
DESCRIPTION
Ceratosaurians are a highly intelligent species that live north west of the volcano. They can alternate between squad pedal and bipedal(meaning they can walk on either 2 legs or all 4). The gender difference is quite distinctive, males having larger jagged horns and spikes on their backs while females have shorter horns but wield a clubbed tail. Both genders have skin that can be various shades of blue, green ,black ,brown, or purple. Males have brightly colored blades above their eyes which are primarily for display but are also used when engaging in combat. These blades have short spikes along the edges which are sturdy and can cut through thick, though skin. Females have thicker, shorter tails that wield a spiked club which is used for defending their pack from other predators.

THE PACK
Ceratos live by a simple code: mess with one you get the whole pack. They do not like being alone and will get depressed if they are left alone too long. Ceratosaurians do not have a leader. Ceratosaurians are firm believers in functioning as a unit rather than having one individual in charge. They are incredibly social as they usually traverse in packs of 3 or more. This tactic makes them a challenge on the battlefield especially with the ability to change plans on the fly and excellent communication both with or without their war mechs. Ceratosaurians are not ones to start a war but normally are the one to finish it.

RIVALRY
The Rivalry between Ceratosaurians and Carnotaurians has been going on for years. The rivalry began when Carnotaurians were trespassing and disturbing their wildlife. Ceratos peacefully confronted them and was immediately met with insults followed by a 4 vs 4, resulting in 2 Ceratos dying. The Carnos proceeded to set fire to their territory and declared war on them after the Ceratos slaughtered several hunting packs on their territory.
