Just a simple horn shaped glow and a normal shaped glow that I used to make the shrug of Master Facade forI resized them so sparkles aren't that sharp but still they look good nonetheless. Save everyone else having to make some lol

I have the program fireworks, and you and click on an item, go to filters and change the hue. ^-^ I don't know if any other program has something like that, but fireworks is pretty basic so I bet they do.
