Firstly, I'd like to say that I'm not a critique, but you have the freakin' checkmark... so....
The anatomy is excellen, most people can't draw realistic looking muscle, and whether you did that from memory or with references, it doesn't matter (Most people can't with all the reference in the world.) The skull hanging from his right shoulder seems lazily done, it's too... flat? Hmmm... the gauntlets are too lightly detailed, it throws off the rest of the picture. Also: I noticed that the detail starts from the middle of the chest and... the further you get from that point, generally (Except for his loin cloth) the less detailed it gets... even if it's only slightly less.

Yeah I know the skull is off...but yeah...the way the amount of detail spreads thin away from the center is intentional...I wanted to draw the eye to his face...well his mask under the hood anyways because I see regnier not as a giant brute,but rather a dark driven character and his mask sorta makes that stand out

Have you played Kingdom Under Fire: Heroes? Playing the Leinhardt mission in that one, while you only have him with you for a single mission, proves he's no simple brute. Well, Heroes and the larger portion of the Crusader's storyline. Anyways, I agree with you on that part. And if you liked the original, Heroes is a suppliment. It doesn't make much screw-ups with the original game and it actually supplies many details that where overlooked within Crusaders (such as Ellen's heritage) so if you don't have it: Get it. Alright?

Yeah I've played it and I loved it...sadly I didnt get to finish it...I'll rent it again sometime soon hehe...
And about that link...I think he reminds you of Regnier because he has an ominous aura around him...he looks dark and mysterious...especially since we dont see his eyes...and he's also got a violent look to him

Yeah, I agree, I'd also use Leinhardt's words to describe him: "In fact, you're the most intimidating being I've ever met," heheheh - leave it to the game itself to blatantly state what look they're going for, neh?
