You know, I haven't watched enough of this show to get a good idea of what everything should look like, as in none at all, but I think you're really only a few steps away from making artwork as good as canon. If I were to critique this fine piece of such nobility would pay top dollar for, it would be that you exploited cell shading when I think a better style had already made itself self-evident. I'm sorry, but that error will cost you half of a point in the Technique rating. It was a hard half point to subtract.

I put 0.5 for impact because I'm still not going to watch mlp >.>

Truly the best drawing of your time. It's beautifully done, the picture is the up-most quality; overall it's the absolute best drawing ever.

This drawing really digs deep and make us think; what is Twilight Sparkle? This image reflects off everyone's life and leaves one shivering in their chair just contemplating how complex this picture truly is. Is Twilight supposed to represent us as humans? or is she just a purple horse? No one but God knows.

The detail is astounding; Twilight feels as if she is a real entity that has entered our realm; astonishing. I can feel the individual strands of her mane; her magic looks almost too real. Twilight's cutie mark could never look better

Over all, amazing job. I will contact the Louvre right away.

Now i'm just being picky so bear with me.

Lets look at this in layers. First off the effects essentially used to create the "horn glow" or magic aura could have been scaled down ever do slightly to allow for a more sparkles thus bringing the robustness out in her magic.

Mane and locks are good, i wont touch on those, could have been placed ever so slightly closer to the back of the vector line you used for the neck. (Just basically personal preference at this point. )

One thing that stood out immediately in a negative way for me was the placement of the far side shoulder. the blade seems to protrude and jot out ever so slightly towards the front. this will be an easy fix for future pieces by using a magnet point and aligning up the vectors more squarely.

Torso is fine, no issues there.

moving on down to the flank. you posed this pony in a profile view but used a 3/4 head turn. good choice but the cutie mark is skewed to far upwards as to indicate this symbol was used in a 3/4 view rig. Be careful to avoid these little mistakes as it takes away the consistency of the piece.

Tail looks fine although you could have curved the inside lines a bit more to give her a more luscious looking tail. A pony drawn this beautifully deserves as such.

So other than those few little details, well done on this piece and i look forward to seeing your next one. you did a really good job at Twitlight Sporkle. Id really like to see your view on Raidbone Dersh next

Your lines are too stiff and renders your art lifeless. I personally recommend squiggily for all the lines since it incorporates that feel for all things that live and breath.

Despite this your "backwards knee" technique on this equine appears to the very definition that is horse anatomy and I applaud you for that!

You give just the right feminine touch to her as well. The grace and beauty rivals that to modern day super models. All people who have Twilight as their waifu, please take a bow before this. This is as life-like as one can achieve.

I died a little today, but in its place new life sprung in my heart and in my inspiration. Template has learned from Celestia himself and has been enlightened with a revolutionary way of creating art in its true mastery.

11/10 Would fave again.
