As any normal day, Pinkie woke up full of glee and happiness. While going about her day as usual, she seemed to have used her fourth wall abilities without even controlling, or being aware of it. This lead her to the human world, and can't seem to get back.Now stuck, she sits in the dark, and grim section of the city that she has ended up at. She now waits in the ally's

Alone.
Ready to go back home, and see her friends. . .

Nicely drawn, but I think it could be improved if she was breathing, and ocasionally sniffling.
Oh and the sound doesn't loop.

and yes, breathing and such could have made it a bit better, but wanted to keep the timeline short, and this was planned to be a static image, that i then animated stuff into it.

a 30 frame tween isn't exactly a huge file size.
30 frames is less than 2 seconds. If you cut the sound clip down to 3 seconds and hit loop it will match up with your clip and save some file size as well.
I don't see why you're making excuses to avoid these little suggestions.

Wait, it does loop but there's like 30 seconds of silence between the end of the sound and the end of the clip. That's very wierd.

it loops. it stops when you are not looking at the image.
