Similar to what I did with Fallout: New Vegas. I currently have every available non-faction quest complete, all add-ons finished, close to every weapon in the game, and their modifications, am at level 50, and have all but 2 or 3 of the non-repeatable challenges completed. Also, through some game manipulation, I have all S.P.E.C.I.A.L.'s and Skills maxed, every perk, and close to every kind of item.
I got all this in around less than a week, and am REALLY hyped up for when this game comes out.

Doing an run through of Fallout: New Vegas and Fallout 3 myself to get ready for Fallout 4, sadly won't have any mods available until January, most of my Bethesda games are heavily modified, though most of the time they don't break the core of the game just add in things that should've been there in the first place.
