Looks like all those dangling bones on the head are for hair, amiright? Btw, how did you get that custom bone geometry on the wing-like bones? I know CAT lets you do that, but when I use a bone system to turn custom geometry into bones, they won't behave like actual bones (i.e. stretch or align to child bone).

Yep, the cyan bones are for hair deformation. Custom bones? I used the defult max bones system, then i used edit poly modiefier on each bone. You can add edge loope, move vertex, reshape object without any issue.

Wsumie to troszkę mnie to przerasta. W planach miałem zrobienie takiej krótkiej animacji gdzie cała postać się porusza ale ostatecznie ograniczę to do zwykłej pozy z lekmim "naturalnym" ruchem (coś jak idle animation w grach).
Serialu w 3d razczej nie zamierzam robić
