I threw him in an AU having to do with The Walking Dead.Yes, that's Lucille. No, I don't know how he has it.
In this AU, instead of it being an entity, Evan's mind just... snapped, due to the apocalypse.
And he called himself HABIT, because it was a habit to kill at this point.
