This is beautiful! All the poses are interesting and refreshing; the viewer doesn't grow bored looking at each different character. The expressions clearly show personality. The shading is also excellent, and the colors are nice and vivid.
One thing I would have to say is that Appa's shoulder looks a bit lumpy. I mean, who's to say what the anatomy of the sky bison is like... XD But it does look like it could be fixed.
Another part I would fix is the "water tribe" background. It just looks odd, the fact that it's cut in half. I would choose some other image to have behind him, or none at all.
