Rogue, southern belle of Marvel's X-Men.. just re-imagined a little. I had started this for a recent contest to redesign her costume but with my hard drive problems in April it was never finished in time. But I really wanted to finish this.V4 with morphs by me, her bodysuit... Dysotopia for the cityscape, umm.. I forgot some of the things I used (it was a few months ago!) so if you have a question just ask

Love this! I always preferr her as covered as possible. This trend of getting her in the short shorts just doesn't make sense.
Also the shin guards are very practical.

Yeah I went for a bit more practical with the shin and collarbone protection. And I agree with you... Rogue should be 100% covered. Well... as long as she couldn;t control her power she should be.

Thanks! And I am so glad the glove came out good.. Tweaked the pose and then getting the material to "flow" was kinda important to the pose *giggle* And, making D|S get it right was lots of (un)fun with magnets and postwork so I'm glad it was worth the pain

I love her! only critique i have is that i miss a real expression and her eyes could have been looking straight at you as if she's taunting you, maybe a little smirk?

Thanks hun! Yeah an expression... well I suck at those so that may be a good exercise for me! The bodysuit is actually just Daz's with the gloves that come with it. The boots, belt, kneepads and shoulder plates are pieces from various sets that I retextured. Actually the entire piece (other than her skin)was rendered in greys so I could play with designs and colors in postwork.

I agree with . But as much as I like this image, I love the costume of Rogue from the 90's tv series. If I remember right, you said you had a couple of them to go up. Is that costume part of it?

You mean the green and yellow with her leather jacket right? That costume isn't one I was working on.. since this was done with the idea of creating a new look for her I tried to stay away from her typical yellow and green combo and just keep her signature green but with white to make it a bit fresher.

I had to look at it again compaired to her first costume she was in since I remember Rogue In a green and white before. In fact it was a cover of an uncanny x-men issue that had Rogue touching Wolverine with her bare hands and enoying it. I was going to say that it wasn't orginal but I would then have to take it back. After a second look. Its more of a form fitting catsuit/jumpsuit. Also I didn't want to piss you off by saying it wasn't orginal without getting a bit of facts straight. I would have been wrong and working like heel to kiss your ass for forgiveness. Still I very much love this image. It makes me wonder if you pan on doing any other X-Women like Jean, Storm, and one of my all time favorites, the White Queen Emma Frost.

Oh yes Rogue has had green and white costumes before, which is one of my favorites on her hence I chose that color scheme, but this particular design is my own doing. As for doing any other X-Women... well I did a Dark Phoenix a while back. hmmm.. Ok I will give you a hint... on my PC at home right now a file sits open as a work in progress of a pretty blonde wearing a sexy white corset... *wink*
