OKAY. I know i should be working on my trades... BUT I HAD AN IDEA AND HAD TO DRAW IT. So bare with me~ lolAnyways, some random idea that passed my mind turned into this! With the wings and the fur and glowyness. yup. I likes it.

Lol no you dont need a laptop XD You can use any computer as long as it has a USB port XD (which most have lots!)
Well, it depends on what tabelt you want to get. Older ones cost maybe about 100$ ish. depending. The new Cintiq Wacom tablet is about 1100 canadian >. > -wants one of those but their so expensive!!! T_T -
