I reckon there are two types of art,
Art that produces beautiful things for the enjoyment of all, and art that poses ideas which encourage people to realise their own existence.
This is the latter, and this is brilliant, the amount of thought and debate you've inspired with the one split second it took to create this photo is utterly amazing; the passion people showed because of this photo is astounding.
It makes me laugh, neither you nor Ken ever said this had anything to do with Bush, Iran, oil, etc, in fact this van is almost a pun on the artists own self realisation (by almost spelling "country" wrong).

Oh, nice one! I'm not from the US and so some people may wonder why president Bush concerns me. Well, this is why: because usa is a mighty nation. Just look at iraq. If the leader of the usa cracks the whip, the other leaders all dance for him(her?). What usa does concerns everyone. He was extremely strong after 9/11. His resolution to nip terror in the bud IMMEDIATELY, without nonsense, and dealing with domestic issues that I agreed with so well make me see him as ideal (with a good number of exceptions I did disagree with him on, but it was less than Kerry). Kerry would have been indecisive and pandering, compared to Bush. Kerry said some things that were very ideal, but there was all give and no take. He said he would not raise taxes and he would get out of Iraq in 6 months, but he NEVER addresses the consequences. It sounds great to say "I'm going to give you all tax breaks!" but horrible to say "And as a result, we will have a recession." Kerry always left out the bad and only told us the good. With Bush, everyone knew what was going on.
I encourage you to watch Fahrenheit 9/11, but do NOT for one second believe it. It's going to be presented VERY well and it's going to look nearly impossible that it's so false because Moore is a genius, but then read that link I gave you. You're going to be very angry with Moore for fooling you. I know I was. I used to love Michael Moore. He is a lying, deceiving, America-hating bastard.

Also agreed. I support your right to screw up your own body as much as you want. But newsflash buddy, if a woman gets pregnant, then that baby is not her own body its another human being which happens to be growing inside her. If you screw around long enough then your bound to get pregnant and people shouldnt be able to murder unborn children just because they want to have unmitigated sex. A human life is a rather high price to pay for an orgasm. Now I am 100% against abortion but I do support the right to get steralized. You want to have rampant sex then go ahead and get steralized. That way if your X does get pregnant and decides not to murder the child then you wont have to pay child support, like a friend of mine does. Or if the woman gets sterlized then she wont get pregnant. After all as all those Margeret Sanger quoters like to say, "If you cant trust a woman with a choice, how can you trust her with a child." Ok first of all, there are lots of smaller vehicles you can get which are cheaper than a Van. Why isnt this guy driving a VW bug or something? That is life. Life is rough. Some guy who works at a retail store should not get payed as much as a guy who programs computers or manages an IT department. Some tasks are worth more than others. I DONβT believe in partial abortion because with help of Evolution (54% Americans donβt believe in it) we now know that a 3 month old fetus has a heart beat and brain impulses.
But if it ever does go through and America does decide to break itβs first Amendment law (what a great example of democracy we are going to show to Afghanistan and Iraq, right?) and make the abortion illegal, think of young girls find the loop hole in the system and going to some bogus Doctor so he can do it at home where the chance of her dying or permanently disabling her for like are so much greater!
Hell I'm not even talking about suicide rates of young females going up. So by saving life-less fetus, we increasing the life risk to our true young ones.
