I've learned that keeping emotions bottled up for long is dangerous. Only one time did I ever snapped, and it resulted in beating up a trouble maker relentlessly.Notice how the rushing water fall is dead calm compared to Joey who is simply standing still.
We all carry allot of weight inside of us. It's all the "stuff" that the world throws at us. Even worst when you're own family members would be the leading cause of your grief.

This is really profound and I bet a lot of people can relate to this in everyday life. I think once you have let your feelings out then each ripple stems from the source, whether the effects are good or bad. Very awesome work ^^
