I'm pretty sure it's not what you're working with, but acrylic ink on Yupo paper has a similar effect (although on a smaller scale than what I think you're working). You should try it out.

First I must say thank you for the fave of, Pretty Fuzzy.

Second, I love this piece.

Why? The blues you use are very cool and calming. The reds and yellows and orange are so warm that this piece makes me feel warm inside some how. It has touched me on an emotional level that has me feeling happy and sad all at once.

You are a very good expressive artist.
