The eldest son of Fëanor and his small admirer.

Inspired by a beautiful Maedhros and Fingon drabble by Lalaith ([link] ) and done for her.

This is another experimental work for me, the first time I’ve done something like this. I took the initial pencil sketch (also in the gallery) and tried to make the lines as close to sepia-toned as possible. Then I made it semi-transparent and painted layers underneath it. The effect I was going for was sort of like a colorized photograph. Successful? Marginally.
